**Hourly pay for this position is between $24\-$26 per hour, dependent on experience.**
Railcar Loaders / Transload Operators safely load and unload railcars while ensuring compliance with operational, environmental, and safety standards. This role includes operating transloading equipment, handling hazardous and non\-hazardous materials, performing inspections, completing documentation, and supporting rail operations as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Safely load and unload railcars and transfer products
* Operate transloading equipment, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and mobile equipment
* Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and minor equipment repairs
* Complete operational logs and safety documentation
* Follow all company, customer, and regulatory safety procedures
* Report safety concerns and equipment issues promptly
* Support switching crews and other site operations as required
**Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Valid Driver’s License required
* Mechanical aptitude and strong teamwork skills
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working at heights
* Industrial or hazardous materials experience considered an asset
* Must meet customer and regulatory safety requirements, including background screening
