**Pay \& Miles**
* Average weekly pay: **$1,400 – $1,700**
* Annual earnings: **$72,800 – $88,400**

* Average 2,500\+ miles per week

**Routes \& Freight**
* Home time: 2 weeks on 2 days off
* Consistent lanes designed to maximize home time
* Regional runs across Eastern and Central states
* No forced dispatch to the West Coast
* Steady year\-round freight
* Predictable scheduling and consistent miles
**Equipment**
* Late\-model Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths
* Most trucks are 2 years old or newer
* Automatic transmission options available
* Dry van, reefer, and intermodal freight
* Assigned trucks available on regional and dedicated routes
* No slip seating
**Responsibilities**
* Operate a CDL\-A dry van tractor\-trailer on dedicated regional routes
* Perform pre\-trip and post\-trip inspections per DOT requirements
* Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
* Follow DOT and California state regulations and company safety standards
* Ensure on\-time delivery on assigned lanes

**Qualifications**
* Valid CDL\-A license
* Minimum 120 hours of CDL school training
