**Logistics Coordinator**
Pete Lien \& Sons, Inc., a multi\-state mining, mineral processing and construction materials company, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. **About the Role**
* Serve as the primary liaison for third\-party haulers (truck and rail) to coordinate shipments.
* Support Sales and Operations teams with forecasting, planning, and supply chain initiatives.
* Oversee inventory management controls for customer\-related inventories.
* Identify and implement efficiencies in loading techniques and trans\-loading processes.
* Negotiate freight terms and ensure compliance with agreements for inbound and outbound shipments.
* Resolve order, shipment, and billing discrepancies while maintaining adherence to contractual standards.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new software systems (IFS, rail management systems, etc.).
