Dispatcher / Office Manager – ETSC (EspressoTech Service Company) Chicago, IL
ETSC is a rapidly growing specialty coffee equipment service company supporting customers across multiple states nationwide. We specialize in commercial espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and coffee equipment for cafés, restaurants, offices, hotels, and national accounts.
We are currently hiring a full\-time Dispatcher / Office Manager for our Chicago region. This is a fast\-paced operations role that combines dispatching, customer communication, scheduling, shop organization, and regional office support.
This is not a “sit at a desk and do one task” position. The right person will be highly organized, adaptable, professional, and able to multitask in a constantly moving service environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Dispatch and schedule field service technicians throughout your assigned region
* Answer customer calls, emails, and service questions professionally
* Manage your region’s dispatch phone line and daily scheduling flow
* Coordinate communication between technicians, customers, and internal departments
* Receive and check in parts shipments for technicians
* Accept customer equipment drop offs and maintain organized shop operations
* Help maintain an efficient, clean, and organized workspace
* Support field technicians so they can stay focused on servicing customers
* Assist with dispatch coverage during PTO, lunches, and scheduling gaps
* Help ensure service calls are completed efficiently and customers are updated properly
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
* Self starter mentality with strong time management skills
* Comfortable working in a fast paced operations environment
* Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
* Reliable attendance and professionalism are required
* Operations, dispatching, scheduling, or office management experience is a plus, but not required
* We are willing to train the right person

Compensation \& Benefits:
* $22\.50/hour during training
* Up to $25/hour after training completion
* Full\-time position
* Flexible scheduling:
* Start between 7:00–8:00 AM
* End between 4:00–5:00 PM
* 8\-hour workday required
* No on call requirements
* 2 weeks PTO
* 2 sick days
