Pool Techniks is looking for a reliable, fast\-paced and highly organized Dispatcher/Office Assistant to join our team in the St. Augustine area. The right candidate should be capable of working with independence and autonomy. We are looking for someone who can be empowered and trusted in their position, and does not need micro\-managing after the proper training. In this role, you will be the vital link between our customers and field technicians. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and high\-quality customer service. No pool specific experience is required, but we are seeking someone who has dispatch/scheduling experience via another trade, medical office, etc. We are willing to teach the right person.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Manage and maintain the schedule for three technicians
* Scheduling/sending technicians to the appropriate locations according to predetermined customer request or immediate needs
* Create and dispatch work orders
* Manage calls/texts/emails and inquiries
* Relay information, such as work orders and background information, to and from field technicians and the lead contractor as necessary
* Other office duties such as submitting warranty claims, scanning receipts, organizing invoices, etc.

* Communication skills to deliver clear instructions and relay information
* Clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes and technicians
* Familiarity with phone, text and email etiquette to provide professional communication
* Conversation and problem\-solving skills to gather information from callers, identify problems and find solutions
* Decision\-making and critical thinking skills to prioritize work appropriately
* Multitasking skills to communicate with callers and work crews while carrying out other tasks, such as data entry
* Computer skills to use database, email, phone/texting system and scheduling software programs
**Pay, Benefits and Misc. Info:**
* The position will start out at 25\-30 hours per week and will expand into full\-time.
* Hours are Monday\-Friday only, no weekends.
* Flexibility on schedule as long as it is within our business hours.
* This position does have the for hybrid work after at least 6 months.
* Pay will depend on experience but starts between $15\-$19/hour with an evaluation after 90 days.
