**Job Overview:**
We're looking for a dynamic, detail\-oriented CSR and dispatcher who can own the phones, coordinate a live field team of 6\+ technicians across the East Valley, and deliver exceptional service, without needing to be told what to do next.
This role sits at the center of daily operations. You'll be the first voice a customer hears, the person building smart routes across Mesa and the surrounding Phoenix Metro Area, and the one making sure nothing slips through the cracks between the office and the field. You bring professionalism, phone presence, and the organizational instincts to keep everything moving.
**Responsibilities:**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy — excellent phone etiquette and clear communication are non\-negotiable
* Dispatch and manage 6\+ technicians in real time, building efficient routes across Central East Valley zip codes and major crossroads using GPS tools and Housecall Pro
* Manage the job dispatch board in Housecall Pro. Keep schedules clean, notes current, no jobs falling through the cracks
* Perform accurate data entry across logistics and CRM platforms; maintain shipment, job, and customer records with precision
* Schedule pickups and service appointments, verify job details, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and techs
* Monitor field performance throughout the day and flag scheduling inefficiencies before they become problems
* Coordinate across internal tools: Asana for task management, Dialpad for calls and texts, Outlook for correspondence. Keep all parties informed and aligned
* Resolve customer and field issues promptly, applying strong analysis and problem\-solving skills in the moment
**What We're Looking For:**
* Proven experience in dispatching or customer service within a home services, trades, logistics, or transportation environment
* Strong working knowledge of the Phoenix metro area: Central and East Valley zip codes, neighborhoods, and major crossroads; you can picture a route before you build it
* Natural phone presence. You earn customer trust fast, stay composed when the board is busy, and communicate clearly across varied accents and communication styles
* Familiarity with transportation management concepts: route optimization, fleet coordination, real\-time schedule adjustment
* Accurate, efficient data entry: job records and customer notes reflect well on the company
* Clean written communication: emails, follow\-ups, and internal notes are clear and professional
* Proficient with multi\-line phone systems and comfortable managing simultaneous priorities
* Self\-managing: you can identify what needs to happen next without waiting for direction
* Familiarity with computer programs: Housecall Pro, Asana, Dialpad and Outlook are daily tools, and navigating each efficiently is a must. Word, and Excel are also a smaller share of the job
