Maintains billing profiles in Intermodal Terminal Billing system for automated billing functions. Partners with Operations, Sales, Customer Solutions and external customers to resolve urgent issues. Provides subject matter expertise, training, and analytical support to improve business processes and overall departmental effectiveness. Collaborates with Billing and Collections to streamline workflows and support team objectives.
